These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from ClasyCassie Creations, LLC through clasycassiecreations.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Products and handmade variations

Our décor and gifts are handmade. Small variations in color, grain, finish, dimensions, and placement may occur and are part of the handmade nature of an item. Product photographs are representative; screen settings can also affect how colors appear. We describe product materials, dimensions, options, and included components as accurately as we can.

Orders and custom work

An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is authorized. We may contact you to clarify order details or correct an obvious listing error before accepting an order. For custom or personalized work, you are responsible for reviewing the spelling, wording, and other details you submit. We will contact you if clarification is needed. Production begins after the required details are confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods displayed there. Payment processing is provided by the selected payment provider and is subject to that provider’s terms.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the destinations and by the methods offered at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and promptly contacting us if it needs correction. Any estimated production or delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at checkout, or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated, we will notify you and provide the legally required option to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before ordering, especially for custom or personalized items.

Copyright and product designs

Text, photographs, artwork, product designs, and other content on this website belong to ClasyCassie Creations, LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially use them without written permission, except where the law allows.

Website use and availability

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false order information. We may correct errors, update product information, or discontinue a product. A change to a listing does not alter an order we have already accepted.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
