Welcome to ClasyCassie Creations LLC. By accessing this website, placing an order, or engaging with any product or content from ClasyCassie Creations LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Every item is handcrafted, and natural variations in wood grain, texture, color, stain absorption, and finish are expected. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted décor and are not considered defects.
Due to differences in lighting and device display settings, the colors of finished products may appear slightly different than shown online.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders require payment and final design approval before production begins.
- Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
- Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
- You may request that your custom piece not be used in promotional materials; otherwise, photos of your piece may be used for marketing and gallery display.
Processing & Production Time
Production time varies based on order volume and season.
Typical production time is 1–3 weeks, though holiday seasons or large custom builds may require additional time. Rush requests may be available for an additional fee at the discretion of ClasyCassie Creations LLC.
Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in custom quotes.
ClasyCassie Creations LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact clasyscassiecreations@gmail.com within 48 hours
- Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
- A claim may be submitted with the carrier
Local pickup orders must be collected within 10 days unless other arrangements are made.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Buyers are responsible for return shipping on standard items unless the mistake was made by ClasyCassie Creations LLC.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, Village of Hope concepts, logos, branding, imagery, digital content, and product descriptions are the exclusive property of ClasyCassie Creations LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction, reselling, modification, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without written permission.
Payment & Billing
Payment is required before production begins.
Fraudulent claims or chargebacks will be disputed using documented communication, design approvals, and delivery confirmation records.
Product Use & Liability
Wood and handcrafted items are not intended for extreme weather exposure, excessive moisture, or placement near open flames unless specifically stated.
The buyer assumes responsibility for proper installation, handling, and display.
