ClasyCassie Creations, LLC creates handmade décor and gifts. This policy explains when an order may be canceled, returned, or refunded. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return requests
For a ready-to-ship item that is not personalized or made specifically for you, contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. We must approve the return and provide return instructions before it is shipped back.
For an approved return due to a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return. We issue an approved refund to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Custom and personalized items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind or an error in information supplied by the customer. This does not apply if an item arrives damaged, is defective, is materially different from its description, or we sent the wrong item. Contact us and we will work with you on an appropriate remedy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please contact us as soon as possible at clasycassiecreations@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. We cover return shipping when a return is needed because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Order cancellations and shipping delays
If you need to cancel, contact us promptly. We can cancel an order for a refund before work on a custom or made-to-order item begins or before a ready-to-ship order is fulfilled. Once production or fulfillment has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be available.
If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe stated at checkout, or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated, we will notify you and provide the legally required option to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
